Free-range pigs, bred with all the respect due to human beings, provide the raw material for our charcuterie and meat; fed with natural feed, their meat is then carefully processed according to craftsmanship. All pigs are Cinta Senese crosses, one of the finest breeds existing in Italy. Their meat is particularly tasty and bears unique nutritional properties. We hand-pick our olives, and cold press them to produce organic oil boasting distinctive features.
Organic wines are our pride and joy, not only because they make a great meal accompaniment, but also because they are endowed with extremely high levels of healthy elements, along with excellent organoleptic properties.
The levels of resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant, found in our “Pezzòlo” exceed those found in standard red wine almost four times, so we can define it as one of the best red wine for health.
